Skill marketplace and plugin architecture for the Vox agent system
Provides a typed skill registry, skill bundle format parsing,
plugin lifecycle management, and an optional Vox Skills HTTP bridge.
Submodules carry detailed docs; the crate root re-exports stable types for embedders.
